Rainbook terms of use

Rainbook and Rainbook Mail Sync are sold through the Atlassian Marketplace. The Atlassian Marketplace terms of use and the publisher terms on each listing govern your licence; these pages add what is specific to Rainbook.

Using the apps

  • Use Rainbook for your organisation's customer relationships, in line with Atlassian's acceptable use policy.
  • Rainbook Mail Sync and the add-ins need an active Rainbook subscription on the same Jira site.
  • Connect only mailboxes your organisation is allowed to capture, and tell the people concerned as your local law requires.

Your data

  • Your data stays yours. Rainbook processes it only to provide the apps, as the privacy policy describes.
  • Atlassian hosts the apps on Forge; Human Renaissance Corporation runs no separate data store.

Availability and support

  • The apps depend on Atlassian, Google and Microsoft services; when one of them is unavailable, the matching feature waits and resumes.

Changes

  • When these terms change, the date above changes. Material changes are announced in the apps before they apply.
